Kemp Recruitment – Accelerating People Kemp Recruitment finds the people who actually move the needle for businesses, and helps those people build careers that mean something.

We’ve been doing this for 17 years by knowing our markets properly, staying close to our clients, and treating the work as a long game rather than a series of placements.

We hire, develop and promote people on the basis that everyone should feel they belong and can do their best work.

The culture is collaborative and results-focused without the usual corporate theatre.

Knowledge gets shared, opportunities are real, and experienced people help you grow rather than just manage you.

The role As a Recruitment Consultant you’ll spend your time building genuine relationships with clients and candidates in a busy commercial environment.

That means

Winning new business and growing existing accounts through proper consultative selling, not just chasing numbers.

Finding, assessing and engaging strong candidates via focused sourcing and networking.

Building real expertise in the markets we cover and developing a clear specialist offer.

Working closely with a capable team who share knowledge and push results.

Running your own pipeline and keeping clean records in Bullhorn.

Who we’re looking for We’re open-minded about backgrounds.

You might already be an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready for a better setup.

You might be switching careers into recruitment.

Or you could be a sales person with at least a year’s experience and transferable skills.

What matters more is curiosity, resilience and accountability.

You’ll need to enjoy getting under the skin of markets and people, be comfortable in a target-driven environment, and take ownership of both your numbers and your own development.

What you’ll get A place where you can show up as yourself and get proper support from colleagues and managers.

Competitive base salary, uncapped bonus, flexible benefits and strong training.

Modern tools that actually help rather than get in the way.

If there’s anything we can do to make the application or interview process easier for you, just say.

We want you to be able to do your best
