We’re recruiting for an experienced Vegetable Service Technician to join a well-established, forward-thinking agricultural business in Lincolnshire. This is a great opportunity to work with specialists in-field equipment, develop your technical skills, and be part of a supportive, experienced service team.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing specialist vegetable and crop-production machinery, both in the workshop and out in the field. The role also includes installation, commissioning, and fault-finding across a range of modern agricultural equipment.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in the agricultural or similar machinery industry
- Strong fault-finding and repair skills & comfortable using computers and digital service tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Good level of health and fitness
- Full UK driving licence (max 3 points)
