About Your New CompanyMy client, a national provider of Powered Access and Plant equipment, is looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Powered Access Engineer to join their expanding workshop team. This is a stable, longāterm opportunity within a wellāestablished business that invests heavily in its people and equipment.
About Your New Workshop Powered Access Engineer RoleAs a Workshop Powered Access Engineer, you will be based from the company workshop carrying out the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of powered access equipment.
Responsibilities
Routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of powered access equipment within the workshop
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
PDI inspection work on new and returned hire equipment
Completing LOLER inspections
Ensuring all equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for hire
Qualifications & Requirements
Previous experience working on powered access equipment
Strong faultāfinding and diagnostic skills
A passion for delivering high standards of service
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
IPAF & CAP licence (essential)
NVQ qualification or equivalent
Full UK Driving Licence
Previous experience as a workshop powered access engineer is essential
