Our client, a large commercial vehicle dealership group, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join a commercial vehicle support team in Tonbridge. This role combines roadside assistance with workshop-based servicing and repair.
What’s in it for you:
- Base salary of £45,000 DOE

Working Pattern:
- Three-week rotation:
- Week 1: 7am-3pm - Workshop + 24/7 on-call
- Week 2: 7am-3pm - Workshop + second-line support
- Week 3: 7am-3pm - Workshop only
Your Responsibilities:
- Attend roadside breakdowns when on-call or backup
- Manage call-outs and escalate as required
- Perform servicing, maintenance, and diagnostics in the workshop
- Follow OEM training and standards (training provided)
What You’ll Bring:
- NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and repair capability
- Confident working independently and with customers
- Full UK driving licence
- Roadside IVR and diagnostic software experience beneficial
