My client, a national provider of Powered Access and Plant equipment, is looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Powered Access Engineer to join their expanding workshop team. About Your New Workshop Powered Access Engineer Role
As a Workshop Powered Access Engineer, you will be based from the company workshop carrying out the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of powered access equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of powered access equipment within the workshop
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
- PDI inspection work on new and returned hire equipment
- Completing LOLER inspections
- Ensuring all equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for hire
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- Previous experience working on powered access equipment
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- A passion for delivering high standards of service
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- IPAF & CAP licence (essential)
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience as a workshop powered access engineer is essential
