They have extensive knowledge working with many different manufacturers and covering anything from MEWPS, van mounts, forklifts and all other working platforms. Due to their continued success in the industry, they are looking for skilled Engineers to join their ever growing team. CAP licence is essential for this role.
About Your New Mobile Powered Access Engineer Role
As a Mobile Powered Access Engineer, you will carry out the service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of powered access equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of powered access equipment within the workshop
- Visiting customers sites and attending breakdowns
- Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults
- PDI inspection work on new and returned hire equipment
- Completing LOLER inspections
- Ensuring all equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for hire
What you’ll Need to Succeed
- Previous experience working on powered access machinery
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
- A passion for delivering high standards of service
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- IPAF & CAP licence
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience as a mobile powered access engineer is essential
