My client, a large Plant Hire company with depots across the UK. Due to their continued success, they are now looking for a skilled Customer Hire Desk Administrator to join their ever-growing team.
The role of Customer Hire Desk Administrator in brief:
- Handling ahigh volume of inbound callsfrom customers and suppliers
- Responding promptly to incoming emails, ensuring accurate and timely communication
- Logging and processing off-hire requests using internal systems
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date hire records and customer databases
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling, document handling, and data entry
- Liaising with internal departments to coordinate deliveries, collections, and service requirements
- Assisting with resolving customer issues in a professional and efficient manner
- Ensuring all documentation and processes are completed to a high standard
- Supporting the team in maintaining an organised and responsive hire desk function
The ideal candidate for theCustomer Hire Desk Administrator:
- Previous experience in a Plant, Powered access, Tool or Material Handling industries.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
- Good communication skills.
