An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lifting Equipment Engineer to join a long-established and respected organisation operating within the lifting and inspection sector. Known for high standards, technical expertise and a strong safety culture, this business supports a wide-ranging customer base across multiple industries.
Responsibilities:
- Inspection, servicing, maintenance and repair of lifting equipment and accessories
- Carrying out LOLER thorough examinations and completing associated documentation
- Fault diagnosis and repairs within the depot and on customer sites when required
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety standards, LOLER and PUWER regulations
- Liaising with internal teams and customers to provide technical support and updates
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with lifting equipment
- LEEA qualifications preferred but not essential
- Strong mechanical knowledge with excellent fault-finding skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a professional engineering team
- Full UK driving licence
