The role of Customer Service Representative in brief:

  • Deal with all Hire enquiries within the given area

  • Assist customers to identify solutions to fit their needs, generate sales, whilst achieving customer service satisfaction and KPI’s.

  • Maintain and manage strong relationships with suppliers

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.

  • You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
