KEMP Hospice invites applications for a part-time Retail Team Leader based in Stourport-on-Severn. The role is 30 hours per week across four days, with weekend work and a rota-based schedule, to support the Retail Manager in running the shop and developing the charity’s local presence.
You’ll lead staff and volunteers, manage stock, deliver excellent customer service, maintain shop standards, and engage with donors and the community to maximise fundraising income for Wyre Forest services.
