Electrical Supervisor £65,000 - £70,000 Basic + Overtime + Bonus + Van + Fuel Card Monday - Friday - 8am - 4pm About the Role In this role, you'll take ownership of on-site electrical teams delivering solar PV and battery storage installations. Beyond day-to-day supervision, you'll help shape a positive team environment, uphold strict safety standards, and contribute to improving how projects are delivered. What You'll Be Doing Managing and supporting site-based electrical personnel, including qualified electricians, trainees, and subcontract partners Championing safe working practices and ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and internal procedures Overseeing installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of solar and battery systems Carrying out site audits, risk assessments, and quality control checks Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency on-site Feeding back insights from completed projects to strengthen future delivery Troubleshooting and resolving technical electrical issues when they arise Tracking labour and material usage to support cost management Collaborating with project teams to keep delivery aligned with timelines and budgets Skills
