We are now looking for a Process Technician Bio-AMD for our Operations Unit. In this role you will be responsible for:
- Operating the Bio Acrylamide plant safely from raw material delivery to finished product storage.
- Participating in process hazard analysis and hazard and operability studies.
- Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and production targets.
- Performing routine maintenance, calibrations, and safety checks on process laboratory equipment.
- Supporting emergency preparedness through simulation exercises and performance reviews.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- Degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent experience in chemical or process industry.
- Experience in chemical manufacturing, preferably on an Upper Tier COMAH site.
- Good computer literacy and commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to work autonomously and follow procedures accurately.
- Safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Certificate) or willingness to obtain.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
