Your Role
As a Senior Accountant within our Group Finance team, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely consolidation and reporting of the Group’s financial performance. You will act as a central point of contact for our international legal entities and contribute to delivering high‑quality financial insights to senior stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities
- Involvement in day‑to‑day communication with Legal Entities of the Group (50+ entities), sending instructions, handling queries and raising enquiries on the financial submissions received.
- Provide technical support to the Legal Entities in submitting the financial reporting in the consolidation tool (Tagetik).
- Review month end reports and other periodical reports submitted by the Legal Entities, to ensure the month end process runs smoothly and that numbers are properly checked and validated, to ensure a reliable basis for consolidation.
- Support in the preparation of periodical consolidated reports and commentary to financial information for the Directors of the Kelvion Group as well as for other internal stakeholders.
- Become a confident user of the consolidation tool (Tagetik), maintain and administer the structure and data, and deliver training to other users (both at Group and Legal Entity level) when required.
- Provide dedicated support and insight to the group Legal Entities and Business Units regarding specific IFRS topics relevant for financial reporting.
- Support the Director of Consolidation and Reporting in creating, maintaining and enforcing policies, procedures and governance to meet compliance requirements set by Kelvion Group, and to support the achievement of financial targets and objectives set by Kelvion Group senior management.
- Assist the Director for Consolidation and Reporting in driving continuous improvement in financial reporting processes aimed at increasing the overall quality of the financial reporting process (i.e. standardisation, efficiency and accuracy).
- Critically review existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and in particular automation and simplification.
- Assist in the realisation of ad hoc projects, and promote continuous improvements activities.
Your Profile
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting standards
- Up to 5 years of post‑qualified experience in group finance, consolidation, or similar roles
- Experience with financial reporting and consolidation processes
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of IT affinity, especially with reporting tools and systems
- Experience with Tagetik Consolidation tool
- Experience with SAP ERP systems
- Structured, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Flexibility and willingness to travel when required
