We’re looking for a confident, highly organised front of house Office Administrator to be the first point of contact for our newly built R&D campus and the backbone of our office operations. If you thrive in a busy, customer facing environment and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and colleagues in a warm, professional manner.
  • Manage office supplies, meeting room bookings, and event logistics (including catering and setup for sales‑team visits).
  • Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and internal teams to keep the site running smoothly.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and general office correspondence.
  • Support cross‑departmental administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and light coordination.
  • Act as a visible, positive brand ambassador for the site, reflecting our values in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven front‑of‑house or office administration experience, ideally in a customer‑facing environment such as reception, hospitality, or a busy office setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional, confident manner.
  • Strong organisational ability and a keen eye for detail; you’re comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of your workload with minimal supervision.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
  • A friendly, enthusiastic personality who enjoys working with people and takes pride in creating a welcoming, efficient environment.

What We Offer

  • 37.5 hours per week (Mon–Thu 08:00–16:30, Fri 08:00–13:30), with some flexibility for ad‑hoc requirements.
