As a global leader in industrial heat exchange solutions, we support customers across industries with innovative, high-performance technologies. To strengthen our Global Technology Team, we are looking for a Junior Development Engineer (Thermal) to support product development, testing, and global engineering projects.
Your role:
- Support the design and development of new heat exchanger products
- Perform thermodynamic and technical analysis of product performance
- Contribute to global technology projects across multiple product lines
- Generate engineering data and support integration into selection tools
- Support engineering changes and product transfers across global sites
- Work closely with teams including R&D, PLM, NPI, Sales, and Manufacturing
- Participate in testing activities (lab and on-site) and prepare technical reports
- Represent Kelvion in customer-facing technical discussions
- Ensure delivery of workstreams in line with project timelines and quality standards
Your profile:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field
- First experience (internship or junior role) in product development or engineering
- Strong interest in thermodynamics, heat transfer, or fluid dynamics
- Knowledge of heat exchanger technology is a plus
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
- Fluent in English
