What you will be doingYou will contribute to shaping Kelvion’s portfolio with a focus on the future of heat exchanger design for High Tech and Green Tech applications. This role involves regular collaboration with companies such as data centres, heat pump manufacturers, and hydrogen fuel cell producers. Additionally, you will engage closely with Kelvion’s global team on a diverse array of projects.

Responsibility
Objective
- Assist with the development and global support of innovative heat exchanger solutions within the Local & Global Technology team.
- Support the design and development of innovative heat exchanger products.
- Conduct technical analysis to optimize heat exchanger performance and efficiency.
- Provide technical support for the existing product range.
- Help facilitate product transfers into global manufacturing sites.
Tasks
- Champion a strong safety culture and lead by example.
- Work as part of the design team responsible for developing designs for Kelvion products.
- Generate designs and support integration into global selection software.
- Develop creative solutions to engineering problems.
- Provide technical support for existing product ranges.
- Collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams across the global organization.
- Independently manage workstreams, including prototype design, development, and initial manufacturing support.
