Your Responsibilities:
- P&L responsibility: Responsibility for the regional profit and loss account of Service Operations in the UK, Benelux & Scandics region, including service workshops, field service activities and the spare parts business.
- Business development: Expansion of regional service activities across UK, Benelux & Scandics in close collaboration with Sales, manufacturing sites and the Global Solutions Engineering (GSE) teams.
- People development: Further development of the capabilities of field service and workshop teams in the region through training, certifications and individual development plans.
- Operational Excellence: Introduction and implementation of standardised processes for Field Service Management, spare parts management and supply chain, in line with EMEA standards and regional requirements.
- Customer support & quality: Coordination of product and service complaints with manufacturing sites to ensure fast solutions, high customer satisfaction and robust feedback loops.
- Performance management: Monitoring of regional service KPIs such as revenue, margin, utilisation, service quality and customer satisfaction, as well as the implementation of necessary corrective actions.
- Leadership & collaboration: Representation of the Service Operations function in the UK, Benelux & Scandics region and ensuring close alignment with Sales, product lines and the functional EMEA leads.
Your Profile:
- Proven experience in leading service organisations or regional business units within industrial equipment, mechanical engineering or engineering, ideally in an international environment.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L responsibility and the profitable expansion of service activities across multiple countries.
- Sound understanding of field service processes, spare parts logistics, service workshops and customer management in an industrial environment.
- Leadership experience in managing technical teams across multiple sites and countries, as well as a proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders in a matrix organisation.
- Fluent English; knowledge of additional regional languages, such as Dutch, French or Scandinavian languages, is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel regularly within the UK, Benelux & Scandics region.
