Knowledge requirements
- Candidates should have 2-3 years’ experience working within the industry and demonstrate a basic level of understanding of the life cycle of Trade Mark
- Candidates should hold a CITMA Paralegal qualification, however this is not mandatory
Candidate experience and knowledge
- Excellent organisational and time management skills are required, together with the ability to work accurately and at pace under pressure
- Exercise a good level of attention to detail while inputting data into an IP system
- The role requires the ability to work both autonomously and proactively in a team
- Candidates must be able to communicate (written and oral) effectively, feeling comfortable in client-facing communications and in working with fee earners to ensure that work is carried out in a timely and effective way to meet client requirements
- Candidates demonstrate preparedness to work additional hours from time to time to ensure that deadlines are met
