Responsibilities
- Checking reminders from UKIPO, EUIPO, WIPO, Irish IPO and worldwide associates
- Sending all renewal reminders to clients across patents, designs, trade marks and domain names
- Obtaining cost estimates from a worldwide network of associates
- Creating invoices
- Processing renewal correspondence received from IPOs
- Booking on take‑over cases
- Updating renewal cycles within Inprotech
- Other ad‑hoc support as required by the renewal team or wider firm
Person Specification
- Teamwork and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the organisation
- The ability to cope with changing requirements and juggle work priorities
- Ability to process new information quickly, demonstrating accuracy, attention to detail, pace of work and good time management
- Experience with electronic records and billing systems (particularly Inprotech) is an advantage
- Prepared to work additional hours from time to time to ensure deadlines are met

Employment Details
This is a full‑time role, 35 hours, 5 days per week (9:30 am to 5:30 pm). The role requires handling communications from both internal and external sources and providing broad support to the IP renewals team.
