About The Role

As a Graduate Civil Engineer at Keltbray, you will be part of a dynamic team delivering complex infrastructure and construction projects. This role offers hands‑on experience, structured training, and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects from day one. Assist in the planning, design, and delivery of civil engineering projects.

  • Support site operations, including setting out, surveying, and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including designers, contractors, and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Contribute to project documentation, reporting, and progress tracking.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training.

You’ll be supported every step of the way as you develop the skills and confidence.

What We’re Looking For

  • A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline (BEng or MEng).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and work on‑site across various locations.
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
