Are you an experienced HR professional passionate about driving large-scale organisational change? We are seeking a Change Management Business Partner to lead the implementation of a complex TUPE transfer involving multiple providers and subcontractors.
Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will:

Lead end-to-end TUPE, organisational change, and associated projects.

Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, acting as a strategic advisor during change processes.

Develop and execute communication strategies to engage employees during transitions.

Ensure risks are assessed and addressed, maintaining a values-based, high-engagement approach.

Significant leadership experience in HR, with expertise in TUPE and organisational design.

CIPD qualification (or equivalent experience)
