Kelta HR has been retained to recruit a Head of People Business Partnering for a fast-paced, multi-site, creative organisation within the live entertainment sector. This is a newly created role, part of a longer-term People strategy and succession plan into senior People leadership. You will lead a team of 4 and report into the People & Culture Director, partnering with senior leaders across a workforce of c.2,000 (permanent and casual employees).
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the People Business Partnering function across a multi-site organisation
- Act as a senior advisor to operational and commercial leaders
- Manage complex employee relations and trade union relationships (including BECTU and Equity)
- Drive engagement, performance and culture initiatives
- Use people data and insight to support business decision-making
- Lead and develop a high-performing People team
- Support organisational growth, change and transformation
About you:
- Senior HR/People Business Partner or People leadership experience
- Multi-site or operational environment background
- Ideally experience in live entertainment, theatre, creative industries, hospitality or leisure
- Strong trade union/collective consultation experience
- Commercial, pragmatic and influential at senior level
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
