Purchase Ledger & Finance Assistant

Join Kelston Sparkes Group, a growing family-owned business based in Stanton Drew (BS39 4DE).

Minimum 30 hours per week (flexible working pattern)

Office-based role

Pension scheme

20 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with service)

Salary: £13.50 - £14.75 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices and credit notes

• Supplier statement reconciliations

• Preparing payment runs

• Managing supplier queries

• Maintaining supplier accounts and finance records

• Supporting month-end finance activities

• Reconciling delivery notes to invoices using Excel

What We're Looking For:

Previous purchase ledger experience

Strong attention to detail and numerical skills

Good Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge

Excellent organisation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and within a team

Own transport essential
