About the Role
We’re looking for skilled and dedicated Plant Engineers – Crushing & Screening to join our expanding team, supporting both workshop-based and mobile operations. Working Hours
Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 18:00 Overtime available, paid at time and a half
Key Responsibilities
- Maintenance and repair of a wide range of crushing and screening equipment, including: Gipo, Finlay, Metso, McCloskey, Powerscreen
- Diagnose faults using technical expertise and diagnostic tools
- Minimise downtime and maximise machine efficiency
- Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment
- Accurately complete service reports and documentation
- Communicate with management to source/order parts
- Ensure all work is carried out within company and manufacturer time frames
- Maintain and manage your own toolkit
- Be punctual, self-driven, and committed to high-quality results
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Completed formal apprenticeship or equivalent in: Plant Maintenance, Agricultural Mechanics, HGV Mechanics (NVQ or similar)
- Proven experience working on heavy construction plant
- Minimum 3 Years Working Experience
- Strong technical understanding of: Diesel engines, Hydraulic and electrical systems, Transmissions and drivelines
