We’re looking for skilled and dedicated Plant Engineers – Crushing & Screening to join our expanding team, supporting both workshop-based and mobile operations. Working Hours

Monday – Friday: 07:30 – 18:00. Overtime available, paid at time and a half.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance and repair of a wide range of crushing and screening equipment, including: Gipo, Finlay, Metso, McCloskey, Powerscreen.
  • Diagnose faults using technical expertise and diagnostic tools.
  • Minimise downtime and maximise machine efficiency.
  • Maintain a safe, tidy, and efficient working environment.
  • Accurately complete service reports and documentation.
  • Communicate with management to source/order parts.
  • Ensure all work is carried out within company and manufacturer time frames.
  • Maintain and manage your own toolkit.
  • Be punctual, self-driven, and committed to high-quality results.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Completed formal apprenticeship or equivalent in: Plant Maintenance, Agricultural Mechanics, HGV Mechanics (NVQ or similar).
  • Proven experience working on heavy construction plant.
  • Minimum 3 Years Working Experience.
  • Strong technical understanding of: Diesel engines, Hydraulic and electrical systems, Transmissions and drivelines.
