Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing supplier invoices and credit notes
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Preparing payment runs
  • Managing supplier queries
  • Maintaining supplier accounts and finance records
  • Supporting month-end finance activities
  • Reconciling delivery notes to invoices using Excel
