Kelsall Primary and Nursery School is seeking a School Business Manager to lead the day-to-day management of finance, HR, compliance and operations. The role sits on the senior leadership team and reports to the Headteacher. 37 hours per week, 41 weeks per year, with a starting salary in the NJC Grade 8 range.
You will manage budgets, in-year positions and three‑year forecasts using IMP, Xero and Planergy, plus payroll, pensions, GDPR and health and safety. Flexible working by agreement.
