Our ambition extends far beyond the ninety minutes on a Saturday. We are building a sustainable football club with professional standards, strong community values and a clear long-term strategy.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking an exceptional individual to become our Chief Executive Officer. This is not a traditional football club role. Working alongside the Chairman, the Chief Executive Officer will lead the day-to-day operation of the football club, ensuring the successful delivery of our long-term vision. The Chairman will continue to lead the club's strategic direction, commercial vision, investment opportunities and long-term development, whilst the CEO will be responsible for delivering that vision through outstanding operational leadership.

As the club continues to grow, the successful candidate will oversee the club's commercial, operational and administrative functions, ensuring every department works together to deliver an exceptional football club both on and off the pitch. As part of our commitment to documenting the journey of Kelsall FC, the successful candidate will also become part of our behind-the-scenes documentary series and digital content. We're looking for someone who is comfortable representing the club on camera, taking part in interviews, sharing the realities of building a football club and becoming an authentic part of the story as we continue our journey.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape one of England's most ambitious grassroots football clubs.
