We want to recruit a TELESALES EXECUTIVE to join the team of a successful and well established BILSTON based manufacturing business. In addition to generating business leads & sales it is hoped that you will also be involved in DIGITAL MARKETING by contributing to, and interacting through, the Social & Business Media platforms used by the business. Salary is negotiable with experience but is anticipated to be in the region of £25k to £26k plus bonus / commission structure. Working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Mon to Fri. As a TELESALES EXECUTIVE within this business you will be expected to undertake the following key activities: * Telephone & email based canvassing of new, existing and lapsed customers * Research potential new customers * Generate new business leads and enquiries * Achieve performance and activity targets on a weekly basis * Contributing to the social media footprint of the business * Content creation * Customer interaction through the various platforms. * Maintaining customer database and paper based systems. * Progress chasing To be the successful TELESALES & DIGITAL MARKETING EXECUTIVE, you will display the following key skills and experience: * Experience in a sales office, telesales or customer service environment * Ideally business to business selling * Social & business media platforms * Using the internet & social media as a research tool * Computer literate including MS office and database use * Focused work ethic and “can do attitude” * Organise and systematic working style * Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels This TELESALES EXECUTIVE position will ideally suit an outgoing and creative social media savvy self starter with a background gained within a sales office, telesales or customer service environment, seeking to make their mark within an ambitious business that values & rewards loyalty and performance.
