Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting visitors, students, and staff with professionalism and warmth.
- Answering and directing phone calls promptly and courteously.
- Managing the school's email and ensuring timely responses.
- Handling enquiries and providing accurate information about the school.
- Maintaining and updating student records and databases.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Supporting the Student Services team with various tasks as needed.
- Organising and maintaining daily detention lists in liaison with the pastoral team.
