Digital Marketing and Content Co-Ordinator
Kelmore Ltd is an award-winning UK manufacturer of high quality products for the tiling and flooring industries. Based in a state-of-the-art facility in Chorley, completed in 2023, we officially launched in February 2024 and have since achieved phenomenal growth.
A family-run business with national reach, Kelmore operates across both the flooring and tiling sectors, working closely with independent tile retailers, showrooms, flooring contractors, and distributors. Our end-users are professional tilers and flooring specialists who value the quality, reliability and innovation of our products.
In our first year of trading, production increased by 420% and we are now well on track to achieve our ambitious target of a further 50% growth by February 2026. To support this, we have invested heavily in building a talented team of over 50 experts across sales, technical, production, research and development, customer services, and accounts.

Position Overview
This role is all about bringing Kelmore’s brand to life through engaging, creative and purposeful content. You’ll be responsible for planning, producing and managing content across multiple channels – from social media posts and website articles to product literature and marketing materials.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the growth of our social media presence, manage design and content production (in-house and with external partners), and report on performance to help shape our strategy.
As part of a new fast-growing manufacturing business, you’ll have the unique opportunity to create original content that showcases our business, people and products making a real impact on our brand awareness and customer and end-user engagement.
Whilst your focus will be on digital marketing and content creation, the role offers real variety with the chance to support across all areas of our marketing activity.
Main Duties
- Content Creation
Content is at the core of this role, so we’re looking for someone with the creativity, passion and experience to produce engaging, high-quality content. As a new manufacturing business you’ll have the chance to develop fresh, compelling material that showcases every aspect of our work. - Social Media
We’re ready to drive our social media channels with meaningful content and engagement across our channels. This is your chance to lead on this aspect of our marketing with scheduling and posting content that aligns with our marketing strategy, engaging with our followers and growing our accounts. - Digital Marketing
We’ll need your support across all areas of digital marketing, including email marketing, website management, SEO, and any paid digital campaigns. - Design and Content Management
The majority of our content will be created in-house, however, you’ll also have the opportunity to work with external suppliers when required including our graphic designer, photographers, printers and more. - Reporting
You’ll monitor activity and use your analytical skills to report on performance and spot trends that will lead to new ideas and areas of improvement to maximise our activity. - General Marketing Support
You’ll be able to get hands on in other areas of marketing working closely with the Marketing Manager on projects and campaigns and form our overall marketing strategy for the business.
What we’re looking for
Must have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a B2B digital marketing role.
- Great communication skills both written and verbal.
- Strong experience in creating compelling content in various forms for various channels, including basic video.
- Strong social media know-how and experience in successfully growing accounts.
- Proactive self-starter with a positive can-do attitude and a creative flair.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritise workloads.
- A professional marketing qualification, degree or equivalent.
- Marketing experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Experience of using Tik Tok for business.
- Design skills and experience with design software.
- Strong video creation and editing skills.
