The Audit Associate will be responsible for performing review and analysis on financial documents related to unclaimed property examinations. The Audit Associate will perform tasks assigned by the supervisory team related to multiple examinations. The Audit Associate is a mostly remote position; however, must be willing to work out of the Wakefield, MA office as needed for team meetings.
Responsibilities And Duties
- Training on Kelmar's audit approach, methodology & tools
- Ability to articulate and communicate with team supervisors
- Perform analytical tasks as assigned on received documentation
- Prepare reports and documentation supporting Kelmar's examination results
- Analyze and normalize data to Kelmar's clients reporting expectations
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree; relevant experience working with financial data is preferred
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software; experience in database software
- Strong communication and business writing skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to independently prioritize work assignments according to specified criteria
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S without sponsorship now and in the future
Salary & Benefits
Compensation for this role varies depending on several factors including work location, level of experience, and skill set. As required by applicable law, the hiring range for this position is $52,000 - $55,000.
