THE GOAL
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing Group projects at KellyDeli. They oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarise progress of the project. They also prepare reports for management regarding the status of key strategic projects.
WHAT YOU DO
- Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
- Resource Management: Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Execution: Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitoring: Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Reporting: Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Budget Management: Ensure projects are run according to the budgets agreed.
- Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and stakeholders.
- Leadership Updates: Present updates in leadership meetings and to the C-suite.
WHO YOU ARE:
Experience: Proven working experience in project management.
Skills: Excellent stakeholder management and internal communication skills, strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to focus on details and technicalities while simultaneously retaining a comprehensive vision of the big picture. Excellent written and verbal communication and financial acumen.
Certifications: Project Management qualification is a plus.
Language: Fluent in English & Italian.
