THE GOAL
The purpose of this role is to lead on People and Talent Strategy across the Group (multiple countries). Act as cover for the CHRO in his absence in all matters.

Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in office during probation period, 2 days post probation period.

What you do
Recruitment
- Oversee recruitment of KellyDeli employees
- Set recruitment metrics for Recruitment Partner
- Recruitment of senior roles
- Accountable for ensuring recruitment partner recruits according to KPIs – time to hire, agency spend, accuracy within 6 months
- Ensure Franchisee recruitment forecasting, monitoring, tracking and supporting is following correct process and delivering needs according to plan
Pay and Reward process
- Oversee annual pay and reward processes for all markets
- Accountable for PAC budget
- Monthly meetings with finance to track budget
- Communicate monthly budget update to PAC team on spend
- Create and provide PAC budget guidance for countries and local teams during budgeting process
- Support annual budgeting process in terms of new roles
- Month end staffing/reporting
- Oversee the annual new roles process
- Support Reward and Reporting Specialist who leads annual staffing budget preparation
Talent
- Leads our annual talent cycle including performance reviews, PDPs and Global KPIs, quarterly calibration sessions on 9 box grids, follow up actions
- Runs annual KPI setting process for the business
- Creates talent papers, recommendations and updates for senior leaders and board
- Creates annual talent development strategy and timeline
- Owner of High Potential programme - Erito
- Works closely with People Partners on 9 box grids and succession plans for their stakeholders
- Ensures internal or external learning solutions are available to address development needs
- Supports Personal Development Plans across the business
- Supports ad hoc requests related to Mindset, resilience, insights training
- Owner of Coaching for Excellence programme
- Leads Franchise Partner Talent Mapping process
Team Management
- Team meeting schedule/agenda/deck with support from PA
- Team engagement events
- Provides line manager support for all different functions
- OLG PAC updates and monthly metric meetings
- Support CHRO with any ad hoc requests
- Remco minutes
- Board deck writing/prep/slidedecks
Skills and Experience
