The purpose of this role is to lead on People and Talent Strategy across the Group (multiple countries). Act as cover for the CHRO in his absence in all matters.

Location: London based, offices at Old Street.
Hybrid Working: 3 days a week in office during probation period, 2 days post probation period.

Recruitment
- Oversee recruitment of KellyDeli employees
- Sets recruitment metrics for Recruitment Partner
- Recruitment of senior roles
- Accountable for ensuring recruitment partner recruits according to KPIs time to hire, agency spend, accuracy within 6 months
- Ensure Franchisee recruitment forecasting, monitoring, tracking and supporting is following correct process and delivering needs according to plan
