Are you an Administrator with experience of planning and coordinating deliveries? Do you want to work for a renowned FMCG company based in Wednesbury? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. My client, based in Wednesbury, is currently recruiting a Bulk Oil Administrator to join their fun and friendly team. You will be responsible for administering early morning responses to deliveries and will need to have excellent planning and communication skills to resolve queries quickly and effectively while maintaining invoices, booking in sheets, and keeping the team updated with communications and any unresolved issues.

Benefits:

  • Mon – Friday 08.30 am – 16.30 pm

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Early morning response on any delivery issues
  • Communicate via teams to Weighbridge booking and the planning team
  • Maintain bulk oils and fats booking in sheets daily
  • Schedule daily bulk oil requirements
  • Book direct deliveries promptly to ensure invoices are raised within the same week
  • Assist in queries regarding invoices, booking and pricing
  • Check haulage invoices for accuracy and communicate with Operations for invoice sign off
  • Lease with accounts ensuring payments and queries are dealt with promptly
  • Assist with general enquiries/admin assistance within the bulk oil supply chain department

Skill and experience:

  • Ability to self-manage daily workload/tasks
  • Ability to work efficiently to deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft skills incl. Excel, Teams
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Access (not desirable as training will be provided)
  • Fast learner with the ability to understand quickly and accurately
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills via face-to-face, emails, teams and telephone
