Job: Site Stores Assistant
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum DOE
Shifts: Monday to Thursday – 08:00 – 16:30 / Friday – 08:00 – 14:30
Duration: Permanent
Location: Chirnside

As our MRO Site Stores Assistant, you\’ll play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with our customers and suppliers. Reporting to the Site Support Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building and developing relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Planning cost-effective delivery routes.
  • Enhancing the maintenance stores and stores system.
  • Maintaining and improving the stock system.
  • Conducting customer stock checks and providing detailed reports.
  • Replenishing stock on customer sites.
  • Receiving and checking deliveries with precision.
  • Manual handling of engineering products, requiring prior stores and warehouse experience.
  • Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers and with the team members.
  • Manual handling experience in a stores or warehouse environment.
  • Full UK driving license.
