Join our international MSP Team for a home office-based assignment in EMEA! KellyOCG is looking for an expert to join our team as a Senior Talent Supply Chain Consultant. We are searching for somebody accountable for facilitating the onboarding process of contract employees by using tools and handling relationships between the customer and the approved suppliers.

Senior Talent Supply Chain Consultant is accountable for:

  • Lead and manage two direct reports; ensure team members remain productive during both peak and quiet periods; drive continuous improvement.
  • Support both implementation team needs and operational team coverage; manage flexible staffing deployments to clients for short-term assignments.
  • Lead/manage the order fulfillment process from requisition creation to candidate start of assignment (full cycle recruitment management).
  • Exercise CV screening techniques that ensure only high-quality resumes are forwarded to the customer for review.
  • Based on our customer's site you will interact daily with the customer and suppliers to resolve program related issues.
  • Proactively identify issues and provide appropriate and timely solutions.
  • End to end supplier management, including onboarding new suppliers, supplier’s scorecards, supplier performance and offboarding.

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • 3+ years’ MSP/Vendor Management (contingent workforce) experience and recruitment experience is required.
  • Experience with VMS / Fieldglass technology.
  • Significant experience, preferably in the staffing or contracting industry.
  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills are important.
  • Experience of working on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision (working independently).
  • Strong organizational skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in English language, written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in a leadership position would be an advantage.

This position comes with a one-year fixed-term contract (with the possibility of extension).
