Join our international RPO Team immediately for a home office-based assignment in UK!
The Senior Recruiter is accountable for:
- End-to-end recruiting process (sourcing and recruiting) for commercial roles including sales, finance, HR and other niche roles.
- Establishing recruiting processes and best practices; managing hiring manager relationships and building good recruiting behaviours within the hiring manager community; project management and process development.
- Briefing calls with our client and autonomous candidate selection, sourcing, screening applications documents and conducting telephone interviews and scheduling Hiring Manager interviews.
- Providing detailed documentation of selection decisions, supporting candidates and managers during the hiring process, including offer and contract administration.
You will be primarily responsible for UK and DACH region.
Skill and Experience required:
- 5 years plus Recruitment (full life cycle) experience preferably in in-house or RPO.
- Extensive experience in commercial recruitment is required.
- Experience working in challenging market conditions.
- Demonstrate a high level of technical acumen to screen for hard skills and engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate clearly and effectively while extracting relevant details about candidates' skills and experiences.
- Proactively implement improvements and adapt quickly to change.
- Exhibit solid project management capabilities, bringing structure, process and order to ambiguous or fast-changing recruitment situations.
- Prior experience recruiting for global companies is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Smart Recruiters or Workday ATS is a plus.
- Experience recruiting in UK or in DACH region is preferred.
- Attitude focused on customers and interacting with them.
- Self-assured yet friendly manners and outstanding communication skills.
- Reliable working methods, enjoyment of working with a high degree of autonomy.
- Professional-level proficiency in English is required.
- Seeking at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end Recruitment process.
