You will have good career prospects as you will be working in a team that values dedication and hard work, and we have phenomenal on the job training. Join our international MSP Team in Telford, UK! This position requires onsite presence at the beginning, in our office in Telford, and later on, you can work in a hybrid work model.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
  • Work with Hiring Managers as the need arises to discuss and build requests
  • Respond to emails and queries from Suppliers regarding the request
  • Work with the Hiring Managers and Suppliers to process and handle any work order updates and/or revisions, including all e-tool updates
  • Handle in house applications
  • Data input
  • Data manipulation
  • Handle all on and off-boarding activities for all new starters
  • Create and monitor Purchase Orders

Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • You will have worked in a customer-facing role and have good admin skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident with Video Calls
  • Proficient with Excel
  • Excellent skills with internet, Windows, email and MS Word
  • English language skills, written and verbal
  • Good organizational skills
  • Seeking at least 2 years of experience in administration and customer service.
