This business partnering role will see you act as a trusted advisor to a range of stakeholders in this leading Herefordshire manufacturer. The focus will be on providing timely, accurate, and meaningful analysis to help guide commercial decision-making.

The Finance Business Partner will maintain forecasts for several cost centres and play an active role in helping budget-holders determine their budgets. Building relationships with colleagues and participating in regular review meetings will be central to this role, requiring excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include month-end reporting, developing the company’s financial reporting to improve margins, analyzing sales data and KPIs, and identifying areas for potential cost savings.

Candidate background

  • ACCA or CIMA-qualified or working towards qualification
  • Experience partnering with non-finance colleagues
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar accounting systems
  • Good IT literacy, proficient in Excel
