A superb opportunity in a beautiful setting to work as an Accounts Assistant for a service sector organisation. Commutable from the likes of Cirencester, Swindon, Lechlade and the surrounding Cotswold villages, this role will give you an excellent chance to work alongside the company’s Management Accountant in the day-to-day finance activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the Accounts Payable function
- Maintaining the Cash book entries and data integrity
- Processing employee expenses
- Overseeing administrative duties over the company vehicle fleet
- Being the first point of finance queries
- Ad-hoc duties as required
This role will suit a candidate with previous Purchase Ledger and general financial administrative experience. The successful candidate will have a working level of Excel along with ERP systems knowledge. This position is part of a small close-knit team and finding the right person is key for the success of the role.
