Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Work with Hiring Managers as the need arises to discuss and build requests
- Respond to emails and queries from Suppliers regarding the request
- Work with the Hiring Managers and Suppliers to process and handle any work order updates and/or revisions, including all e-tool updates
- Handle in house applications
- Data input
- Data manipulation
- Handle all on and off-boarding activities for all new starters
- Create and monitor Purchase Order’s
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Experience
- You will have worked in a customer-facing role and have good admin skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident with Video Calls
- Proficient with Excel
- Excellent skills with – internet, Windows, email and MS Word
- English language skills, written and verbal
- Good organizational skills
Seeking at least 2 years of experience in administration and customer service.
