Our Supply Chain Enablement Specialist is responsible for:
- The Supply Chain Specialist will facilitate suppliers on boarding for both existing and new customers and providing ongoing compliance activities for various Kelly customers via the use of e-procurement tools and internal technology.
- Facilitate the supplier on-boarding to ensure high supplier and customer satisfaction and short cycle-time.
- Support operations teams in managing supplier performance and ensuring corrective action when needed.
- The position exists to mitigate Kelly risk and legal liability through supplier contract compliance and ensure high performing suppliers in our network.
Your core tasks include:
- Manage supplier on-boarding /off-boarding in the ServiceNow Portal and DocuSign.
- Manage supplier compliance to contractual requirements through auditing.
- Build professional relationships with suppliers, PSO and operations to ensure high levels of supplier satisfaction.
- Internal systems maintenance.
- Working on Ad hoc projects as needed, such as; Implementing best practices, updating working instructions, updating ServiceNow data.
1+ years in an admin, customer service or coordination based role.
Intermediate IT Skills - Competent in Microsoft package (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to Organize and lead internal compliance conference calls.
Able to communicate effectively with different management levels/hierarchy.
Excellent attention to detail.
Versatile and capable of representing in Global supplier forum setting – Specialist may support registration, moderator, etc. activities.
Mindset to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Being Multi-lingual would be an advantage.
