The Central Support Coordinator is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to one of our clients, a global leader in Aerospace Defence. This role involves managing work orders, coordinating communication and operations between internal managers and external suppliers, creating and onboarding new starters within client systems, and maintaining essential administrative trackers. The Coordinator also oversees timesheet processing, rate changes, and electronic contract management through VNDLY, ensuring all records are accurate and timely. As a central point of contact, the position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth onboarding process and supporting the ongoing needs of our client by delivering reliable and efficient administrative support.
Core Tasks
- Work order management including chasing end dates from managers
- Maintaining and updating trackers; managing timesheets
- Processing rate changes
- Handling electronic contracts in VNDLY
- Responding to ad‑hoc queries and administrative requests
- Communicating with managers and suppliers via email
Skills Required
