Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day management of your assigned team
- Managing escalations and employee performance
- Provide and set up training for new starters within the team and further coaching/training to aid development of existing team members
- Support in the OCG central recruitment process
- Focus on growth strategy to support and improve process standards for the client
- Work with the hiring managers and suppliers to process and manage any work order updates and/or revisions, including all e‑tool updates
- Manage all on‑ and off‑boarding activities for new starters
- Ensure trackers are updated frequently and chased following the appropriate time scales
- Work with hiring managers as required to discuss and create requisitions and handle electronic contracts in Fieldglass
- Respond to ad‑hoc queries and administrative requests
- Ensure strong communication skills both verbally and written across all levels internally and externally
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Analytical approach to identify root causes of issues
Qualifications
- Able to motivate a team
- Team‑lead or supervisory experience desirable
- Project management skills desirable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Fieldglass or similar VMS experience desirable but not required
- Confidence in presenting to teams and stakeholders
- Inquiry management (IM) system experience desirable but not required
