As a Project Coordinator, you’ll support and report directly to our Program Manager, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of our project teams and making a real impact for both clients and employees.

Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with talent teams, HR, and payroll for onboarding and support
- Maintain accurate employee and consultant records
- Handle financial administration and expense tracking
- Assist the Program Manager with project monitoring, documentation, and presentations
- Prepare Day 1 onboarding calls, conduct weekly check-ins, and manage timesheets
- Support contract drafting, approval processes, and retention initiatives
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues
Qualifications:
- Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
