Now Hiring: Project CoordinatorAs a Project Coordinator, you\’ll support and report directly to our Program Manager, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operation of our project teams and making a real impact for both clients and employees.

Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with talent teams, HR, and payroll for onboarding and support

Maintain accurate employee and consultant records

Handle financial administration and expense tracking

Assist the Program Manager with project monitoring, documentation, and presentations

Prepare Day 1 onboarding calls, conduct weekly check-ins, and manage timesheets

Support contract drafting, approval processes, and retention initiatives

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and colleagues

Qualifications:

Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and process-driven

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experienced in managing documents and files

Proven project coordination or related experience
