Role Description
We’re looking for a confident and professional Admin/Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome both in person and over the phone, while supporting our agents with day-to-day admin tasks.
This role is ideal for:

Key Responsibilities
- Managing reception and welcoming clients with a friendly, professional approach
- Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, booking appointments, and following up enquiries
- Supporting the team with diary management and coordination of viewings and valuations
- Acting as the first point of contact for client queries via phone, email, and in-person
- Providing wider administrative support to the team, including data input and office task
What We're Looking For
- A warm, confident, and professional manner
- Strong telephone and communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook & Excel)

- 12–20 hours per week (Saturday availability essential)
- £12.60 per hour
