Role Description


We’re looking for a confident and professional Admin/Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing a warm welcome both in person and over the phone, while supporting our agents with day-to-day admin tasks.


This role is ideal for:

Key Responsibilities


  • Managing reception and welcoming clients with a friendly, professional approach
  • Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, booking appointments, and following up enquiries
  • Supporting the team with diary management and coordination of viewings and valuations
  • Acting as the first point of contact for client queries via phone, email, and in-person
  • Providing wider administrative support to the team, including data input and office task
