At Kelly Group, we’re expanding fast—and we’re looking for dependable, hands‑on individuals to help us deliver vital infrastructure on our Virgin Media contract. If you enjoy working outdoors, being active, and seeing the results of your work every day, this could be the perfect role for you. We’ll give you all the training you need to succeed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing Virgin Media services at customer properties
- Pulling cables through underground ducting from street cabinets to homes
- Working across gardens, driveways, footpaths, and access chambers
- Speaking with customers to plan cable routes before starting work
- Using hand tools and mechanical civils equipment
- Working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Operating underground and progressing to overhead fibre work (PIA) as you develop
- Following strict health and safety procedures at all times
Please note: This is a physically demanding role involving lifting, digging, bending, and being on your feet throughout the day.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong commitment to safety and safe working practices
- Comfortable working outdoors year‑round in a variety of environments
- Confident using smart devices and technology to follow detailed instructions
- Customer‑focused with great communication skills
- Highly organised with a problem‑solving mindset
- Able to prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced setting
- Comfortable working at heights of up to 15 metres
- Excellent attention to detail
- A full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points)
